Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC

This hotel stay was one of my best hotel experiences. Ideally located - close to the airport and easy access to the US Embassy. Extremely helpful nature of the ENTIRE staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Excellent food!

I had booked this hotel for my son who had a 4-day sightseeing trip to Mumbai. This is what he said upon his return. - The hotel is great for stay and has a convenient location for getting out and about in Mumbai. The staff is great and helpful. What is really unique and welcome about the hotel is that they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to the guests at no extra cost. This feature of complementary 3-meals a day is a rarity in the hospitality industry. That lunch and dinner have menu on the same day is another evidence of their care & credibility. All in all, a great choice for both single & family travelers in Mumbai-

- The lunch and dinner do not include any fruit juice. This is a bit of a minus considering that this hotel is so liberal with the food and cares to offer a good and different menu for lunch & dinner on the same day, they can really go a notch better by also adding fruit juice to the food.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes — all included in the package. The food quality and service were impressive, making the overall dining experience very enjoyable.The room was good and clean, but a few improvements are needed — such as providing bathroom mats and ensuring water bottles are supplied daily without having to ask.

Everything was good, and I have no complaints. The stay was comfortable and met all my expectations.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights, and the stay was simply comfortable. Excellent spacious room, clean interiors, alert and responsive in-house staff, excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and polite staff in the restaurant, comfortable buffet timings. My AC was not getting adjusted, they changed my room on request at 12 am, without hassles! Receptionist helped book Uber. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to leisure and business travelers to Mumbai.

They should provide a newspaper in the room instead of keeping it in the restaurant. A nice non-alcoholic welcome drink can enhance the experience further.

I would say this is one of the best hotels in Mumbai, offering clean rooms, essential amenities, and customer-friendly staff. I visited Mumbai for my US consulate interview, and this hotel was perfect for my stay. It is conveniently located near BKC, where the US consulate is, and commuting there by auto or car was easy, as transportation was readily available in front of the hotel.As far as I know, this is the only hotel that provides food along with accommodation—apologies if I’m mistaken. The hotel serves a variety of cuisines with great taste. Lastly, I must highlight the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who demonstrate an elevated sense of customer service.Overall, I would rate this hotel 9/10.

Excellent staff service, they are always willing to assist. Rooms are very comfortable. Hotel is great value considering all meals were inclusive in the rate. Restaurant and the food was good with a big selection in the buffet menu. The location was perfect close to the airports and good branded malls close by in walking distance.

We checked in at 20:00 Hours informed the Hotel Started by Dinner (Full Board) last day we are entitled for Lunch. Hotel Staff refused to provide lunch and asked to pay. Atlast we didn't take Lunch it's very bad

The room was great, clean, the bed was comfortable. The food was also very good.

When contacting the hotel about arranging a taxi from the airport, they only provided me with a price, which I found to be overpriced. The transfer could have been done for 250 rupees, while the hotel charged 1575 rupees. Despite my inquiry about when and where I needed the transfer, I did not receive a response. The same issue occurred with my request to extend my stay by one night; ultimately, I had to book another night separately.Additionally, the price compared to the quality is disappointing—the rates are much higher than I would have expected, especially considering the hotel is located far outside the city center. It takes about 50 minutes to reach the center by car. Furthermore, compared to other, more affordable hotels in India where staff are attentive and even assist with carrying luggage to your room or offer help when needed, there was a noticeable lack of interest here.At the end of my stay, I received a paper to evaluate my experience, but it was evident that no one really cared about my feedback.

The breakfast and dinner was good. Didn't get an opportunity to have lunch . The room was comfortable and spacious.

The washroom need to be better maintained. The sink was not so clean.

The catering which I thought would be very mundane, was excellent , and I had to restrain my tastebuds. A huge well provided room .

Location was good for me but might not have suited all. There was a posh mall with every imaginable international brand within 200 metres
